Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange option within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following terms:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are applicable only for size or style-related concerns.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will ship the replacement item at no extra cost.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative or issue store credit.
  • exchanges and replacements will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Final sale items and discounted products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Personalized or made-to-order products cannot be exchanged.
